About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to help Motorbook scale from early traction to industry leader. You’ll work closely with founders to bring Motorbook’s unified automotive platform to dealerships, service centers, and partners worldwide. This is a career-defining opportunity at a fast-growing startup for someone who thrives on ownership, resourcefulness, and impact.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Outreach & Engagement: Identify, contact, and engage leads via email, phone, events, and referrals. Manage inbound and referral leads.
  • Lead Generation: Research potential customers, build a robust outbound pipeline, and attend industry events to develop relationships.
  • Qualification & Closing: Run discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups to qualify and close new customers. Build proposals and negotiate contract terms.
  • Process Improvement: Help refine our sales playbook, CRM workflows, and reporting. Lead weekly sales reviews and share learnings.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure Motorbook delivers delight at every touchpoint.

 

 

About You

  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role (automotive or mobility a plus)

  • Growth Experiments: Design and run experiments across paid, organic, and referral channels to drive user and partner growth.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze funnel metrics, user behavior, and campaign results to optimize for growth and retention.
  • Product-Led Growth: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive viral loops, onboarding improvements, and in-product growth features.
  • Community & Partnerships: Build relationships with automotive communities, influencers, and partners to amplify Motorbook’s reach.
  • Content & Messaging: Develop and test messaging, landing pages, and creative assets to maximize conversion.

 

 

About You

  • 2+ years in growth, marketing, or product roles at a tech startup (marketplace/SaaS/AI a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and a bias for action
  • Experience running growth experiments and analyzing results
  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable with rapid iteration
